FrameRoute is a free, non-commercial movie diary. This page says what it keeps, who else is involved, and how to delete it.

What we keep

• Your email and, if you set one, a display name. If you log in with Google, your email comes from Google.
• Your password, only as a hash. We can't read it.
• The movies you log, with their dates, places, ratings and rewatches.
• Your Wishlist and the movies you marked as not interested.

What we don't do

No ads and no analytics. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We only use it to run your diary and your suggestions.

Cookies

Only the ones the site needs: to keep you logged in, to protect forms, and to avoid repeating suggestions while you browse.

Who else is involved

• Fly.io hosts the site and its data, in the United States.
• Cloudflare handles the traffic to the site.
• Resend sends account emails, such as confirmations and password resets, so it receives your email address.
• Google is involved only if you choose to log in with it.
• TMDB provides movie data and posters. Your browser loads the images from TMDB, so it can see your IP address, but it doesn't receive your account data.
• jsDelivr and cdnjs serve the site's icons, so they can also see your IP address.
• YouTube is involved only if you open a trailer.

Your data

In Account, Personal data you can download your data or delete your account with everything in it. Deleting can't be undone. Deleted data can stay in backups for up to a week.
